Module Title : Housing Economics
Module Description : This module is an introduction to how housing markets function. While theoretical motivations will be provided, the focus of the module will be on the empirical analysis of important issues in housing and urban economics. The empirical techniques taught in this module will be applicable to all other areas of economics that model micro behaviour.

Pre-requisite : Cohort 2011 and before: Completed 80MCs, including 28MCs in EC, with a minimum CAP of 3.50 or be on the Honours track. EC3101 and EC3304. Cohort 2012 onwards: Completed 80MCs, including 28MCs in EC, with a minimum CAP of 3.20 or be on the Honours track. EC3101 and EC3304.
