Log In Help

Information and services residing at a secured server require log in as access to the contents are restricted.

Please use the following checklist to troubleshoot and solve the problem that you have encountered when trying to log in. You should answer "YES" to all. A "NO" answer denotes the problem area.

  1. Are you a current full-time or part-time NUS undergraduate? If no, the Student e-Services Link is not accessible to you. If you have already graduated, you can only access certain e-Services for 1 year beginning from your conferment date.
     

  2. Are you using Internet Explorer 6 and above with high encryption? If no, please download and install the latest version (with high encryption). Click here to visit the Internet Explorer website for downloads.
     

  3. Did you enter the correct NUSNET ID ? Examples: u0701234, u0801234 etc. If not, please re-enter again. Exclude spaces and hyphens. If your student number begins with 'NT' and 'HT', this online facility is not available to you.
     

  4. Did you enter the correct NUSNET password. If you still have problem in password you may also email the Computer Centre's User Support Helpdesk at ccehelp@nus.edu.sg or call 6874-2080 for assistance.

If you are unable to log in or encountered errors after successful log in, please notify the Computer Centre's User Support Helpdesk at ccehelp@nus.edu.sg.

Include in your email:

  • Your name as registered with NUS.

  • Your student number (matriculation number).

  • Your course of study [e.g. Computer Engineering (B.Comp)].

  • The e-Service which causes the problem [e.g. Personal Particulars].

  • Detail description of events leading to the problem.

  • If available, any error messages that you've encountered.

Please do not reveal your password in your email! No staff or student of NUS should ever ask you for your PIN for whatever reasons.
